America

America is a very special case. She came to us as a victim of a traumatic brain injury, most likely caused by a human. Because of this she isn't trusting of people and can be unpredictable.

She doesn’t seek affection or go for walks. However, she has formed bonds with the other dogs in her corral and is happy playing with them when the mood strikes!

Because of her head injury, she has seizures from time to time, but luckily she responds well to medication.

We're not sure what's next for her but would love to see her go to a home that is compassionate and can give her the support she needs.
